The Full Story

My Story

I was born and raised in Italy to an Indian family, and life has since taken me across five different countries, each shaping the way I see the world and the people in it. Today, I call Singapore home, where I live with my husband and our two wonderful kids. My multicultural journey has given me a deep appreciation for different perspectives, stories, and ways of being — something I now bring into my therapy practice every day.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the world of strategic advertising, working across major brands and campaigns. That career taught me how to spot subtle patterns — the unspoken beliefs, emotional triggers, and hidden stories that drive human behavior. But more than anything, it reinforced what I’ve always known about myself: I love people, and I love solving problems.

That passion is what led me here — to creating a space where I can help people untangle the patterns that keep them stuck, rebuild their sense of self, and move toward a life that feels lighter, freer, and more connected.

Why I do what I do

I went through a divorce at an age when I thought I had life figured out. Overnight, the world I knew — the plans, the certainties, the future I thought I was building — came crashing down. Suddenly, i felt I knew nothing except loneliness.

IIn the middle of all that chaos, I realised something simple but profound: more than answers, more than advice, I just wanted someone to have my back. Someone who could sit with me in the mess without trying to “fix” it. Someone who could hold space when I couldn’t hold myself.

That experience changed me. It taught me how lonely it can feel to navigate life’s hardest moments, even when you’re surrounded by people, because sometimes you just need a stranger to help you feel that strength.

And it’s why I do the work I do today.

Mission

My mission is to help you understand yourself more deeply, untangle old wounds, and reshape the way you relate to yourself and others — so you can move from survival to growth, and from feeling stuck to feeling free...in short, I have your back!
